What does PA++++ mean?
SPF measures UVB protection, which causes burning. PA measures UVA protection, which causes ageing and pigmentation. PA++++ is the highest UVA rating, and it matters more in Sri Lanka than SPF alone because UVA is strong year-round.
How much should I apply and how often?
About a quarter teaspoon for the face, applied as the last step before makeup. Reapply every two to three hours outdoors, or after sweating. A sun stick makes this practical over makeup.
