Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status directly through our courier partners. Please use the Tracking Number / Waybill provided in your confirmation SMS or email.

Important Notes
- Tracking numbers become active once scanned at the courier's hub. Please allow a few hours for updates to appear.
- If you see "Not Found" or no records, check again later as the courier may not have updated their system yet.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please pay only the exact invoice amount to the courier. Do not provide any additional handling or inspection fees.
- FDE Domestic handles all COD orders while Prompt XP handles all paid orders.

If your tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, or you encounter a delivery issue, please contact us through the with your Order ID and mobile number. You may also call the courier hotline and provide your Tracking Number for direct assistance.
