We believe that the most important step in skin care is cleansing.
If skin waste and sebum are not washed thoroughly and allowed to accumulate in the pores, they can cause skin inflammation. The role of cleansing oil is to help remove waste from the skin through gently dissolving and emulsifying wastes.
We, team BOJ has been testing numerous products available on the market for a long time to find the right oil as a base ingredient for our cleansing oil. We chose Glycine Soja oil as a base because we found it's the lightest yet effective to remove skin dirt, sebum and makeup residue. This cleansing oil also contains ginseng seed oil that offers subtle grassy scent to present more calm and peaceful cleansing time.
Deep cleansing
Soybean oil is used as the base ingredient to gently dissolve dirt, waste, and makeup residues that accumulate on the skin.
Micellar cleansing technology
Micellar is a particle composed of water and oil. When it comes into contact with the skin, the oil molecules attract and absorb waste and makeup residues like a magnet, while supplying moisture deep inside the skin.

All Our Imports Are CIIS-Compliant
We import under the Compulsory Import Inspection Scheme (CIIS), which ensures that designated imported products are strictly monitored and tested for conformity with the Sri Lanka Standard Specifications (SLS). Under this scheme, a sample from each shipment we import is submitted to the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) for individual laboratory testing to verify compliance. This means every shipment is tested separately before approval.
The CIIS process is implemented based on Gazette Notification No. 2064/34 dated 29 March 2018, under the Imports and Exports Control Act No. 1 of 1969. Only after passing the tests does the Department of Sri Lanka Customs release the consignment—ensuring product quality, safety, and full legal compliance.
