AHA or BHA: which one do I need?

Oily, congested or acne-prone skin: BHA. Dull, rough or dry skin: AHA. Sensitive skin that still needs exfoliation: PHA. Many people use BHA on the T-zone and AHA elsewhere.

How often can I exfoliate?

Start two or three times a week. Build up only if there is no redness or tightness. Daily use is fine with low-strength Korean formulas once your skin is used to them. Always use sunscreen the next morning.
