Which BAREN product should I start with?

Cracked or hard heels: Shea Butter Sleeping Heel Patch or the Foot Exfoliant Softener. Dry, rough feet: Silky Finish Hydrating Foot Balm. Dry or peeling cuticles: Nail & Cuticle Care Essence Oil Pen. Body acne and rough, bumpy skin: SenCICAtive BHA Body Wash.

How often should I use a foot mask or heel patch?

Once a week is enough for most people. Use them at night on clean, dry feet and leave them on while you sleep, then moisturise the next morning to hold the result.
